CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT LUNA & DIABLO'S DEN WITHIN THREE DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM TO REPORT THE PROBLEM.
UPON CONTACT WITH LUNA & DIABLO'S DEN, A LETTER OF CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT TO THE CUSTOMER. INCLUDED IN THE LETTER WILL BE A FOUR-DIGIT RETURN CODE THAT MUST BE PRINTED ON THE LOWER LEFT CORNER OF THE PACKAGE THE ITEM IS RETURNED IN. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. UPON RECEIPT OF RETURNED ITEMS, MANAGEMENT OF LUNA & DIABLO'S DEN WILL INSPECT THE ITEMS FOR DEFECTS AND DETERMINE THE REFUND AMOUNT.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS THAT INCURRED DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING.
