Once your order is received, we will e-mail you a Letter of Confirmation within 24 hours. When ordering, please be sure to include your zip/postal code. This will enable us to calculate shipping costs for your order and include all costs in your confirmation letter. Upon receipt of the Confirmation Letter, PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY and let us know of any inconsistencies in your order.
